FAQs & POLICIES

Please carefully read the following FAQs & Policies before booking. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via email.


DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO COMMENCE THE PROJECT. 50% down-payments may be considered if asked. 50% is the minimum due up front for projects over $250. Client has to pay the remaining balance in order to receive final edits of their project. A 50/50 code will be sent to use at checkout only AFTER the client's introductory one on one with Crown Graphics Studio and a payment agreement is signed.


REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All payments & deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Only in the case of Crown Graphics Studio deciding to discontinue a project will a refund be issued. If you need to cancel the project for whatever reason, please note, you won't receive a refund if the project has already been started. If a client proves to be difficult to work with, Crown Graphics Studio reserves the right to cancel any ongoing projects with that client and give a refund. If the client has not reacted to documents (such as questionnaires, contracts, invoices, etc.) to start a project within 7 days, the project will be canceled and refunded due to a lack of contact.


TURNAROUND TIMES
The start of a project's turnaround time is calculated from the date that is given during the client's introductory one on one with Crown Graphics Studio.
Weekends and holidays are not included in turnaround times. In the event that clients have not provided the necessary information to initiate/progress/conclude projects, turnaround times may be extended. SAME DAY PROJECTS MUST BE BOOKED WITH A $25 RUSH FEE AT CHECKOUT.


CHANGES
Every client receives three design alterations per project to the design before Crown Graphics Studio submits the final edits. Any further changes will result in a revision fee starting at $25.

Crown Graphics Studio takes pride in treating clients with the utmost respect and patience. We always strive to create an amazing vibe, branding journey and overall client/designer experience to better establish lasting business connections! Basically, we operate with positive energy & we ask that you do the same. NO NEGATIVITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Cursing, slander, bashing, defamation, etc. will not be allowed and ultimately will result in being blocked from booking or contacting Crown Graphics Studio moving forward.
