DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO INITIATE SERVICES. 50% down-payments may be considered depending on the scope of the project. 50% is the minimum due up front for projects over $300. Client has to pay the remaining balance in order to receive final edits of their project. A 50/50 code will be sent to use at checkout only AFTER the client's introductory one-on-one with Crown Graphics Studio and a payment agreement is signed.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All payments & deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where Crown Graphics Studio decides to discontinue the project due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel the project for whatever reason after it has been started, no refunds will be issued. Crown Graphics Studio reserves the right to cancel any ongoing projects if a client proves to be difficult to work with. In such cases, a refund may be provided at our discretion. If the client fails to respond to required documents (such as questionnaires, contracts, invoices, etc.) within 7 days of being sent, the project will be canceled without a refund due to lack of contact.
TURNAROUND TIMES
The turnaround time for a project begins on the date confirmed during the client’s introductory one-on-one with Crown Graphics Studio. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from turnaround time calculations. If clients fail to provide the necessary information to initiate, progress, or complete their project, the turnaround time may be extended. Need graphics with a quicker turnaround? Simply add the $50 rush fee at checkout.
REVISIONS
Each client is entitled to up to three (3) design revisions before the final draft is delivered. Once the final version of your design is sent, the project is considered complete and officially closed.
Any additional changes requested after the final draft has been sent will incur a revision fee starting at $50, depending on the complexity of the request. Major layout changes or additions (such as reformatting the flyer, or altering the structure) will be considered a new project and charged at the full flyer rate.
Please be as thorough as possible during the revision phase to ensure you’re fully satisfied before final delivery. This policy helps maintain efficiency, clarity, and fairness for both parties.

Our goal is to create an amazing experience—one that fosters a positive vibe, a seamless branding journey, and a strong, lasting client-designer relationship. We operate with positive energy and kindly ask that you do the same. Negative behavior such as cursing, slander, defamation, or any form of disrespect will not be tolerated! Any such actions may result in being blocked from booking future projects or contacting Crown Graphics Studio moving forward. Let’s keep it professional, productive, and positive!
